Newsito: Mountaineers for Jesus Part 1

Nineteen short term missionaries from West Virginia arrived to serve alongside us at Rancho Oasis this week.

Saturday night bonfire & worship with a full moon
After a weekend of rest, acclamation to Honduras and getting to know the Ranch we begun our work projects on Monday. We've divided the work into three groups:

Brigade Signs - Psalm 105:1

The first is a medical brigade in Ojojona, consisting of nine members of the team and five Honduran translators.

An already small number of doctors planned for the brigade was shrunk by an unexpected illness, leaving one of the physicians in the US. God is gracious and strengthened the medical crew to consult 150 people on Monday!

The second is three construction projects focusing on more work on the chapel and sealing up the roof of our current home. Our helper Oscar and his uncle Jose are working along side the men.

The third and final project is a daily VBS program for the children close to the Ranch.

Twenty-four children came Monday, including many first timers to RO4Y! Pray that many more will hear the Lord's call of salvation!

Please continue to pray for us this week!
